RETURN & REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of our boutique items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for the following cases. *Product with defect (please refer to DEFECT section below). *Product is unavailable after payment is done. Before shipping, we carefully inspect each item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Below section acts as a guideline for you to determine whether the products you received could be considered defective or not. What is considered defective: *Incorrect product or design, e.g. you order a dress but received a shirt. *Non-washable stain larger than 20mm in diameter. *Noticeable damage or cut. What is NOT considered defective: *Color differences due to lighting or screen settings may occur and not considered defects. *Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print pattern, floral shape, bead size and etc. *Slightly loose threads that do not affect the overall durability or appearance of the item. *Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are found to be counterfeit are strictly no-retrunable. If any such item is returned to us , it will be shipped back to you at your expense. PROCESS If an item has a significant flaw beyond the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Upon approval of exchange or refund, customers who are instructed to return the product must ensure that we will receive it within 7 working days.
